This "heat ray" system uses millimeter wave energy and causes any hit by it the sensation of being set on fire. They say it is perfectly safe and causes no lasting physical damage. It was mainly designed for riot situations and base gates.

pretty nifty, but like the people showed, surely you would just move out of the way lol, those things that produce it are massive so i cant think of any practical use unless your putting them on the sides of buildings etc
