This is a about 30 Days - Gun Nation Episode Here is a bit more information on it:
It's a bit long but worth the watch!
After Pia learned that her friend had been killed by a schizophrenic man wielding a gun in 1996, she became a gun control advocate who has fought to pass stricter gun laws in the U.S. Pia believes that the world would be free from gun violence only by prohibiting the sale of guns to anyone outside of law enforcement and armed services.
For 30 Days, Pia will live in the heart of gun culture in the rural town of Leesburg, Ohio with gun enthusiast Ken Ekermeyer, 39, and his 15-year-old son Zach. Ken is an avid gun collector and rarely leaves home without his gun strapped to his side. Ken believes carrying a gun is his right guaranteed to every American by the Second Amendment. As Pia struggles to understand the Ekermeyer's beliefs and somewhat isolated way of life, she will work at a local gun store and experience what it is like to carry a gun in public, learn to handle and fire weapons and will introduce Ken to other gun control activists who have lost loved ones to gun violence.

That young lady only sees the pain guns caused, based on losing someone she knew. There is no rational basis to believe banning guns would reduce or eliminate violence. Badguys would still be shooting people, cops would still be shooting badguys. Only the rest of us would have a hard time repelling boarders intent on taking what we have. I always ask a gun hater "If guns are so useless for protection, why do the police carry them?"
What I find appalling is the specious self righteousness of this little city-bred ''princess''who,in actuality, doesn't know baby-poop from apple sauce about the threats facing REAL people in the REAL world. She can choose to live in her own little world where the sunlight of reality doesn't peek thorugh,o rmaybe she can pull her head out of her butt and realize that the OVERWHELMONG percentage of firearms owners in this country are not mouth breathing morons, just regular peoiple who want to possesss the wherewithal and means to protect themselves and their loved ones.........
what a twat lol - protection from who - THE PEOPLE WHO KILLED UR FRIEND LOL
theres hope for this country yet!!! big leaps on both sides of the fence but im going to collage in utah just to be safe
Oh my god this lady is annoying. Talk about having a cause just to find purpose in life. First of all most gun enthusiasts are not completely 100% engrossed in guns 24/7 so I think the person they chose to represent guns was a little over the top, but her crying when she fired the shotgun was just rediculous.
greatest line in the beginning, "my biggest fear is arguing with someone who doesn't have their facts right"
